Week 1: THE PROBLEM - Let’s get real - What’s not working and why?
The first thing we need to do is figure out why you're feeling stuck. Together we’ll look at the specifics of your difficulties and prioritize where you need help so we can immediately work towards a solution.

Week 2: YOUR WHY - Let’s determine why you don't want to be stuck!
We'll determine exactly why you want to be UNSTUCK so we can create a path toward your WHY.
Week 3: COMMON PROBLEMS OF STUCKNESS - Let’s get to the bottom of your situation.
As a coach, I help people through overwhelm, procrastination, imposter syndrome - you name it. We'll work together to determine the specific problems you are having so that your path to freedom is as smooth as possible.
Week 4: MOTIVATION - Let’s set some Goals
Okay - we need to figure out what you actually want in life. Seriously - What do you really want? Has anyone ever asked you that before? Chances are, even if they did, you didn’t get a chance to really think about it. So that’s what we’re gonna do this week!
Week 5: SELF-DISCIPLINE - Let’s reach those Goals!
Now that you know what you want, you have to set an intention to get it. I’ll teach you to use the S.M.A.R.T. Goal technique to plan out short and long-term goals and how you will reach them.
Week 6: FOCUS - Let’s launch!
You know what’s not working and why. You know how to bet on yourself and how to set S.M.A.R.T. Goals to get where you want to go. Now it’s time to launch into the future. We’ll prioritize your goals and get started on ONE short-term and ONE long-term goal. And that is what will serve as the foundation for your Self-Confidence in the future.
