During the Six Weeks of personalized coaching, we’ll figure out:
What’s not working and why.
How to organize life through time and activity management.
How to overcome procrastination through motivation, self-discipline, and focus.
How to set intentions toward goals and dreams.
How to align priorities and beliefs for long-term success.
Week 1: THE PROBLEM - Let’s get real - What’s not working and why?
The first thing we need to do is figure out where your Self-Confidence is lacking and why. Together we’ll look at the specifics of your difficulties and prioritize where help is needed so we can immediately work towards a solution.
Week 2: SELF-CONFIDENCE - Let’s place a bet - on yourself!
You’ll learn to make decisions about what you want to do and then use a mix of confidence and self-confidence to make sure what you decide to do actually gets done.
Week 3: TIME - Let’s use your most valuable resource wisely
You’ll have a crash course in time and activity management to ensure you are efficient and effective with your most valuable resource - TIME. This will include a hard look at the relationship between procrastination and motivation and how those play into your Self-Confidence.
Week 4: MOTIVATION - Let’s set some Goals
Okay - we need to figure out what you actually want in life. Seriously - What do you really want? Has anyone ever asked you that before? Chances are, even if they did, you didn’t get a chance to really think about it. So that’s what we’re gonna do this week!
Week 5: SELF-DISCIPLINE - Let’s reach those Goals!
Now that you know what you want, you have to set an intention to get it. I’ll teach you to use the S.M.A.R.T. Goal technique to plan out short and long-term goals and how you will reach them.
Week 6: FOCUS - Let’s launch!
You know what’s not working and why. You know how to bet on yourself and how to set S.M.A.R.T. Goals to get where you want to go. Now it’s time to launch into the future. We’ll prioritize your goals and get started on ONE short-term and ONE long-term goal. And that is what will serve as the foundation for your Self-Confidence in the future.
