My name is Rich and I’m a certified Life Coach through The Life Coach School.
I know a little bit about being lost. And being lost has been one of the most important features of my life.
After graduating high school, I went to The University of Richmond. Until I figured out how to love it there, I hated it.
Then I entered the United States Army and I was a pretty good soldier. But that wasn’t “for me” either. Too much structure… I needed to get lost so that I could find myself.
So I went the COMPLETE OPPOSITE and decided to ride my bicycle for a while. For the four years after the Army, I rode my bike across and around the United States as a tour director with Cycle America. It was an amazing experience, but talk about lost…
In 2002, I decided to get a “real job” as a teacher. I loved it and I was really good at it. I had found my calling. I did that for a while, got married, had three kids, got lost, became an assistant principal at a high school, got divorced, got lost, Dad died, got lost, Covid, got lost, became an assistant principal at a middle school, and then, got completely lost again.
And that’s when I decided to become a life coach.
A good life coach doesn’t have a neat and orderly life. A good life coach has up and down life experiences that can be used to help others who are having up and down life experiences of their own.
It’s okay to be lost. But you can save yourself a lot of heartache and struggle if you have help finding direction and can harness that sense of being lost to get yourself to the next phase in life.
And that’s how I can help. If you are lost, I can help you find direction which can get you to the next phase. It might not be a permanent path, but it will be a path that you can work with for a while and that teaches you how to find yourself when the time comes (again).
I invite you to take a look at my simplified coaching packages below. Let's get you moving forward!
